We help modern couples and individuals build emotionally secure, resilient connections through a feelings-first, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes emotional safety, curiosity, and authentic connection. Couples & Individual Therapist (1099 Contractor)
📍 Location: Flexible Part-Time Hours | In-Person + Virtual | Boulder, CO
đź’Ľ Focus: Trauma-Informed Couples Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Premarital Counseling

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, mission-driven practice and is excited about co-creating their ideal role. This person is a Colorado-licensed therapist looking to join a team as a contract clinician (up to 10–15 hrs/week). You’ll work with clients seeking meaningful, grounded, and growth-oriented care — all within a brand that celebrates emotional depth, play, and connection. (We’re not able to accept out-of-state applicants at this time.)
The Role
Trauma-informed relational therapy for couples + individuals
In-person sessions at our Boulder office + virtual sessions
Accurate, timely clinical documentation
Participation in a supportive, growth-oriented team
Qualifications
Master’s in counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field
Licensed (LPC, LMFT) or pre-licensed (LPCC, MFTC) in Colorado
Passion for couples + relational work
Trauma-informed orientation
Availability for in-person sessions in Boulder

This is a 1099 contractor role, which means you’ll set your own hours, manage your own caseload, and have flexibility in how you work — all while receiving a steady stream of referrals and support from our brand.

Yes — this role is designed for therapists with at least some couples or relational work experience. We welcome applicants trained in EFT, PACT, RLT, or similar approaches. Premarital and discernment counseling experience is a plus.

Absolutely. We want this role to support your lifestyle and clinical rhythm. You’ll indicate your preferred hours in your application and we’ll collaborate to fill your caseload accordingly.

You must be Colorado-licensed and available for in-person sessions in Boulder — even if only 1–2 days a week. Telehealth is also part of this hybrid model.

What We Offer
