Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC
Founder & Lead Therapist
A Visionary in Modern Relationship Wellness
Lovers Counseling, founded by Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC, is one of the flagship ventures in The Chloé Miller Portfolio — a collection of companies that also includes Executive HQ™. Chloé holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and advanced postgraduate training in Marriage & Family Therapy. She is double board-certified as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC).
Her portfolio brings together companies at the intersection of emotional intelligence, modern leadership, and wellness innovation. Lovers Counseling reflects this mission by offering trauma-informed, relationship-centered care for high-achieving couples and individuals who want to strengthen their connection, resilience, and shared vision for life.
With a background in both creative leadership and relational health, Chloé has spent over a decade helping individuals, couples, and founders navigate love, rupture, and repair — with clarity, strategy, and emotional precision.
Her Story: From Creative Director to Clinical Visionary
Before becoming a therapist, Chloé co-founded an industry-recognized talent agency, representing Academy Award–winning filmmakers — including Doug Liman, Janusz Kaminski, Ben Affleck, and Billy Bob Thornton — in partnership with top-tier ad agencies such as Leo Burnett, DDB, Energy BBDO, FCB, and Ogilvy.
She also founded AND, SWIPE RIGHT, an online dating personal branding and coaching agency that helped clients translate their authentic selves into strategic dating profiles. Its media arm, The Dating Hotline Podcast, was a weekly Q&A-style show sharing healthy dating advice. This work earned her a Forbes Under 30 nomination and laid the foundation for her executive branding and leadership agency, Executive HQ™.
Chloé began her career at NBC Sports Chicago (formerly Comcast SportsNet Chicago), covering the Chicago Cubs and interviewing celebrity athletes like MLB legend Roy Halladay during his Cy Young Award season.
A Prevention-First, Trauma-Informed Approach
At Lovers Counseling, Chloé’s work centers on emotional intelligence, relational systems, and healing the root — not just managing the symptoms.
Her approach integrates:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling
Couples Systems & Attachment Work
NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) for complex trauma
Somatic and nervous system–based interventions
Feminist, anti-oppression, and LGBTQIA+ affirming values
Whether supporting partners through conflict, helping individuals heal relationship patterns, or guiding high performers through executive transitions, Chloé leads with clarity, compassion, and strategy.
