A Career Built on Understanding People
Before founding Lovers Counseling, Chloé Miller built a career at the intersection of human behavior, communication, and high-performance environments.
At 25, she co-founded Miller + Miller, a national talent representation agency representing top-tier creative artists, including Academy Award–winning film directors and world-class photographers. Her work focused on positioning, negotiation, and managing the careers of high-caliber talent operating at the highest levels of their industries.
Earlier in her career, she worked alongside professional athletes and public figures, and contributed to sports media coverage, including work connected to NBC Sports and the Chicago Cubs organization—developing an early understanding of performance, pressure, and public identity. Across these environments, a consistent pattern emerged: Success on the outside did not always translate to clarity, alignment, or connection on the inside. This insight led her to shift her focus toward relationships.
From Dating Culture to Relationship Health
Chloé Miller later founded AND, SWIPE RIGHT, a relationship strategy platform designed to help individuals navigate modern dating with greater clarity and intention. Through her work as a dating coach and the creator of the Dating Hotline podcast, she worked directly with individuals navigating dating apps, communication breakdowns, and relationship uncertainty in real time. Her work gained national attention, leading to media features and a Forbes Under 30 nomination in 2019 for her work in relationship media and education.
Over time, a deeper truth became clear: Most people were not struggling because they lacked effort— they were struggling because no one had taught them how relationships actually work.
The Evolution: Lovers Counseling
Lovers Counseling was built as the next evolution of this work—integrating clinical training with real-world insight into how people relate, communicate, and make decisions over time.
Today, Chloé Miller is a licensed, trauma-informed relationship therapist and the Founder of Lovers Counseling, a relationship health company grounded in prevention-first care.
Her work is known for identifying and shifting the underlying patterns that distort judgment, communication, and connection—helping individuals and couples build clarity, alignment, and long-term relational health.
