We are seeking a thoughtful, relationally oriented therapist to join the practice as an Associate Therapist and support the growing demand for counseling services. This role is ideal for a clinician who values depth, relational insight, and intentional therapeutic work with individuals and couples.

Lovers Counseling was founded by Chloé Miller, MA, LPC, MFTC and is grounded in a prevention-first philosophy of relationship care. Rather than focusing exclusively on crisis repair, our work emphasizes emotional intelligence, relational awareness, and intentional development across the lifespan of relationships.

The Role
The Associate Therapist will provide therapy for individuals and couples within the Lovers Counseling clinical framework. This role is best suited for therapists who are genuinely drawn to relational work and who enjoy exploring the emotional and attachment dynamics that shape long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting individual and couples counseling sessions
• Supporting clients navigating relational challenges and life transitions
• Maintaining thoughtful, high-quality clinical documentation
• Participating in occasional clinical consultation with the practice founder
• Upholding the prevention-first philosophy of relational care
This is a private-pay practice, allowing clinicians to work deeply with clients without the constraints of insurance-driven treatment models.

Minimum Qualifications
• Licensed or license-eligible therapist in Colorado (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, MFTC, LPCC)
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults or couples
• Interest in relational or attachment-based therapy
